Leaders amid adversity: Work Teams

What is psychological safety within the organization? How can it help us in overcoming teams’ fears and concerns? What do we need to create a psychologically safe environment? This is the third entry in the series: Leaders amid adversity. Today, Dr. Mercedes Sotomayor and I discussed some strategies for leading teams during a crisis.
